Pricing & Refund Policy
- Sun Holidays (a unit of Sun Group) builds and distributes combo products and handles booking and payment transactions. Component services in the combo package are provided by the respective service providers.
- Promotional prices apply from 8 March 2026 to 30 June 2026 inclusive, unless ended earlier by Sun Holidays or when product quantity is exhausted.
- Promotional prices are applied directly to the product price at the time the customer completes the booking.
- Price and service availability (including but not limited to flights, hotel rooms, attraction tickets and related services) depend on actual supply at the time of booking and at the time of use.
- Customers are responsible for verifying price, availability and applicable conditions before confirming a booking.
- All transactions at Sun Holidays are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-changeable in any form after the transaction has been successfully confirmed from 8 March 2026 until further notice.
- Use of services in the combo package is subject to Sun Holidays and/or the relevant service provider’s terms.
- By completing a transaction, the customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Sun Holidays reserves the right to adjust, suspend or discontinue products when necessary under applicable law and/or in cases beyond its reasonable control.
Terms of purchase and use of Sun Holidays
I. General terms for Sun Holidays packages
1. Terms of use for the Sun Holidays purchase feature
a. The Sun Holidays purchase feature helps you look up information and complete package purchases in a valid manner. Excessive use may result in access or use being denied.
b. You must confirm and ensure that you are of legal age when using the Sun Holidays purchase feature, comply with the Terms of Use set out here, and have full legal capacity to perform acts related to its use.
You accept financial responsibility for all use of the Website and Mobile App by you or any person or entity using your name and account.
You must control use of the Sun Holidays purchase feature under your registered account and ensure that all information provided by you or your family members when using this feature is true and accurate.
By purchasing and using Sun Holidays products, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to:
- Sun PhuQuoc Airways' conditions of carriage, ticket and baggage policies for air transport
- The hotel's policy and terms of use for room and related facilities
- Sun World's terms and rules for use of recreation and entertainment services in the combo
The terms and conditions of each service provider apply accordingly when you use the services.
2. Sun Holidays package booking rules
a. You may purchase a Sun Holidays package for up to 9 guests (excluding infants) per transaction.
Adults: 12 years or older as of the departure date of the first flight.
Children: 2 to under 12 years as of the departure date of the first flight.
Infants: 14 days to under 2 years.
The number of infants is limited per flight.
b. If your flight lands before 05:00, hotel service is counted from the day before landing.
If your flight lands after 05:00, hotel service is counted from the landing date.
Hotel check-in times depend on each hotel's policy and are indicated during the Sun Holidays purchase process.
c. Sun Holidays package prices on the Website and Mobile App apply only to purchases on this Website and Mobile App and depend on flight and hotel availability.
d. Your Sun Holidays package is not confirmed until payment is successful.
e. A Sun Holidays confirmation letter will be sent to the email you registered during purchase after successful payment.

3. Price and fee rules
a. Total payment includes:
- Flights
- Hotel service
- Sun World admission and use of services at Sun World (as per combo)
- Taxes and passenger fees payable on the full package
b. Some airport taxes may not be included where authorities require collection at the airport.
c. Depending on each hotel’s policy, you may have to pay additional charges such as utilities, local phone, etc. directly to the hotel.
d. Sun Holidays is not responsible for fees arising from your card issuer’s policy when you pay for services. Please check with your card issuer for details.
e. Sun Holidays reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Price excludes:
- Passport fees
- Visa
- Travel insurance
- Personal expenses
- Transport to the airport
- Tips, porterage and other personal services unless otherwise stated
4. Payment card verification
Sun Holidays may require card verification for certain transactions.
If your transaction requires verification, you will be notified by email or at the airport.
You must present:
- Payment card
- Sun Holidays confirmation letter
- Passport or ID
when requested. If card verification cannot be completed, service may be refused.
5. Changes, refunds and cancellation
From 8 March 2026 until further notice, all Sun Holidays packages are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-cancellable at the customer's request in any form after purchase and successful payment.
Please check itinerary, services and applicable conditions carefully before confirming payment.
If operational changes occur, including but not limited to flights not operating as scheduled or not authorised to carry, Sun Holidays may adjust or cancel the package and will apply appropriate support measures on a case-by-case basis.
Sun Holidays reserves the right to amend, supplement or change this policy from time to time and will announce on official channels when changes occur (if any).
6. Contact for support
For support regarding your Sun Holidays package, please follow the instructions in the service confirmation letter or contact Sun Holidays using the details in the confirmation email.
For issues directly related to hotel service during your stay, you may contact the hotel provider using the details in the Sun Holidays confirmation letter.
7. Important notes
You must not:
- Make fake bookings
- Use false information
- Use the service for commercial purposes
- Commit illegal acts
Sun Holidays may refuse to provide service if a breach is found.
8. Personal data
Collection, processing and storage of personal information comply with Sun Holidays’ Privacy Policy and Vietnamese law.
II. Passenger carriage terms in Sun Holidays packages
When you use air transport in a Sun Holidays package, you agree to comply with the operating airline’s conditions of carriage and related policies.
III. Hotel service terms in Sun Holidays packages
1. General terms
a. Service complaints: When you purchase a Sun Holidays package and receive the confirmation letter, you have also entered into a room booking contract with the hotel. During your stay, any complaint about hotel service must be reported directly to the hotel at the time it occurs. We are not responsible for any matter within the hotel’s scope and ability to resolve if you did not report it to the hotel or accommodation provider in time. Complaints must also be reported to us within 28 days of the incident. After that we may not process them.
b. Force majeure: You understand and agree that we are not the direct hotel provider. We are not liable if your room service is not performed due to force majeure including but not limited to fire, earthquake, flood, severe snowstorm, epidemic, explosion, strike, riot, civil unrest, war, government or local authority restrictions or any similar event beyond the control of the hotel or our other service providers.
2. Hotel description
Hotel star rating does not represent an official quality standard and is not necessarily approved by local authorities. Standards vary by country and even within the same country for the same star rating.
Images, amenities, facilities and descriptions on the Website and Mobile App provide general information only. We strive to keep this information accurate and up to date but it is supplied by our travel agents and we cannot guarantee accuracy. Room images may not exactly match the room/bed type you selected.
Hotel information is shown in English and some other languages but we do not guarantee availability in your preferred language.
3. Hotel policy
a. Child sharing policy: Where no child-sharing option is available, you must select a room for 3 and pay the 3-adult rate.
Where child sharing at 2 adults + 1 child rate applies, it is for children 2–12 years (unless otherwise stated). Child-sharing room option may not be allowed without the child's age and the 3-adult room rate will apply.
Cots are for infants under 2. Even if cot is shown as available at booking, it may or may not be provided depending on availability at check-in.
Some hotels do not offer extra beds for sharing children even when child sharing is free or discounted and may charge for breakfast.
If you need a separate bed for the child, select a 3-adult room and the child sharing discount does not apply.
b. Surcharges and deposits: If the hotel requires payment of energy surcharges, resort fees or local phone charges, you must pay the hotel directly. You must pay all such charges to the hotel before departure. We are not responsible for your personal hotel charges.
c. Special requests and other rules: Special requests such as non-smoking, adjoining or connecting rooms will be passed to the hotel for confirmation but we cannot guarantee they will be met.
Hotels may be under renovation at certain times and will try to minimise impact on your stay. You may not claim a refund due to hotel renovation during your stay.
Incorrect name on the booking may result in a no-show fee.
d. Purchase confirmation: After you successfully pay for your Sun Holidays product, we will send the order confirmation to your registered email.
Carry the order confirmation throughout your trip to present at the airport and for hotel check-in. If you cannot present it, service may be refused.
IV. Sun World attraction service terms in Sun Holidays packages
a. Service information: When you purchase a Sun Holidays product, you will receive the order confirmation by email. Information on tickets, services, the attraction, rules and usage instructions ("Service Information") is mandatory and must be read before use.
b. Compliance with attraction rules: You must fully comply with rules and guidelines posted at the attraction and/or on Sun World’s sales channels. Non-compliance may result in refusal of service or other incidents.
c. Customer support: If you need support while using the service, you may contact the Sun World hotline provided on the sales channel or in the confirmation email.
d. Ticket information security: Keep your ticket information secure after receiving it from Sun Holidays. We are not responsible if ticket information is disclosed due to customer error.
e. Incidents and complaints: If an incident related to the ticket or service occurs, Sun Holidays will work with the relevant parties to resolve it in a timely manner. Where the fault lies with Sun Holidays, Sun Holidays will endeavour to resolve it within a reasonable time to protect your rights. Sun Holidays is only responsible for supporting and resolving issues related to ticket use. For complaints about service quality and issues during your visit or use of services at the attraction, contact the attraction manager or the attraction service provider.
Terms and Conditions Sun Holidays Ticket Promotion
1.1 Eligible Cards: All valid Visa consumer cards including Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Signature and Visa Infinite.
1.2 Offer Details:
- An additional 10% discount (up to 1,000,000 VND) applies when customers purchase tickets on the sunholidays.vn website and complete payment using a VISA card.
1.3 How to redeem:
- At checkout, select VISA as the payment method, enter your card details, and choose the applicable voucher to receive the discount.
